Project Management and Inspection

• Preparation of overall project schedule, in coordination with various construction contractors/ sub-contractors.
• Coordination with the contractors/sub-contractors in all phases of work, review of submittals and all other documents pertaining to the project.
• Monitoring the project cost, cost variations due to changes in work quantum if required and other such matters.
• Verifying work progress and Contractors' invoices.
• Participation in the routine progress review meetings and other meetings required in connection with the project to monitor, identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth progress of the project.
• Preparation and updating progress reports.
• Supervision of site construction works to ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Review / approvals of welding procedure and welder qualifications.
• Production welding QC and coordination with Inspection Agencies for NDT.
• Ensure compliance to Quality Assurance Plan by Contractor/sub-contractors.
• Internal and External Inspection of columns, vessels, exchangers and other process equipment in the Refinery.
• Provide technical liaison between various vendors and Contractor.

Pre-Commissioning and Commisioning Services

• Compilation of punch list during pre-commissioning.
• Preparation of commissioning manuals for process units, offsites and utilities.
• Provide services of Commissioning Engineers during pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Coordination with construction contractors and Operations Team during pre-commissioning and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with commissioning procedures during pre-commissioning and commissioning phase.
