Project Management and Inspection

ZEL's personnel provide its clients complete services which include project management and inspection, a key factor for large scale projects.

1. Preparation of overall project schedule, in coordination with various suppliers, Contractors and sub-contractors.
2. Coordination with the contractors/sub-contractors in all phases of work, including review of submittals and all other documents pertaining to the project.
3. Monitoring the project cost, cost variations due to changes in work quantum, if required, and other such matters.
4. Verifying work progress and Contractors' invoices.
5. Participation in the routine progress review meetings and other meetings to monitor, identify and resolve bottlenecks to ensure smooth progress of the project.
6. Preparation and updating progress reports.
7. Supervision of site construction works to assure compliance with drawings and specifications.
8. Review / approvals of welding procedures and welder qualifications.
9. Production welding QC and coordination with Inspection Agencies for NDT.
10. Ensure compliance to Quality Assurance Plan by Contractor/sub-contractors.
11. Internal and External Inspection of columns, vessels, exchangers and other process equipment.
12. Provide technical liaison between various vendors and Contractor.
